Driven by passion, Frank offers a remarkable depth of knowledge and over 20 years of both residential and commercial building experience to the company. He successfully manages the day to day operations of Cozzcorp Group ensuring that his involvement is a key component in every project regardless of scale.

Zia Islam
Zia is responsible for the design, coordination, and delivery of documents as design lead. His 20 years of experience across broad ranges of project types and scales positioned him in INOVI’s industrial, commercial, and retail endeavours. Graduated in Architecture overseas, completed a Master of Design from UTS and later a Master of Planning from UNSW. This combination of education and experience enables him to be a versatile professional capable of addressing different stages of projects.
