The Colliery

Located in Paxton, in Australia's Hunter Region, The Colliery is the newest Inovi hospitality addition. A bespoke hotel merging sophisticated architecture & natural Australian beauty, the renovation of the prior 'Paxton Colliery' was developed with deep respect to its legacy and the landscape.

Gregory Hills Health & Business Centre

For this ground floor medical centre and radiology facility we completed a professional fit out in accordance with strict radiation shielding and medical requirements, accommodating their CT and OPG scan machinery.

Joe's Fruit World

Our team conducted a complete overhaul of the shop front and relocation of Joe’s Fruit World’s store entry and loading dock to provide a free flowing experience for the customers as well as meeting the needs of the business and adhering to the shopping centre requirements.

Greenwood Early Education Centre

We redeveloped G8 Education Limited's Chatswood childcare centre, building a 5 storey facility suiting 162 children. The façade was maintained and a new structure built on the 3 remaining boundaries, plus excavation to create a ground-floor slab, mezzanine, lift shaft, fire stairs & play area.

Lowa Lighting - Warehouse

Specialists in award-winning architectural, commercial industrial lighting products, Lowa Lighting required a 16,500sqm industrial warehouse space to accommodate their continuous growth and expansion.

Goodman Australia - Slough Business Park Warehouse

To provide wheelchair access and in compliance with Australian Standard AS1428.1:2001 and Goodman specification standards, Inovi completed an accessibility upgrade of Slough Business Park’s existing front entry and warehouse amenity facility.

Trade Zone

Warehouse subdivision and construction of internal tenancy wall including the fit out of their new NSW Tradelink head quarters made with custom joinery and finishing details.

Harris Farm Markets

For the proposed Harris Farm Markets facility in Dural, we have initiated base building construction to uplift the area and meet local needs and demands. This project involves high-value engineering and creative space saving concepts to accommodate the needs of the incoming tenancy.

In the heart of Toongabbie, Amara is a mixed-use development of 23 luxury apartments and 2 premium retail tenancies. We constructed contemporary open plan kitchens, modern bathroom fittings & stylish timber flooring throughout. It includes 35 a-grade parking spaces & a garden terrace.
