Design Excellence

Guiding Inovi’s creative vision is Founder and Director, Frank Cozzupoli. Original founder and director of architectural firm Idraft Group, Frank’s lifetime involvement in the design industry, covering both statutory authorities approval processes and creative vision, allows Inovi to assist customers with turnkey projects - from initial concepts through to handover in readiness for operations. IDA Design Group, as it’s now known, with current director Mr Michael Trinh, is still located within the Inovi head office, our teams continuing to work collaboratively on projects throughout our portfolio.

Attention to detail, skills in architecture, planning and construction and an innate love for design underpins all that Frank, and the wider team, strives for across all Inovi works.

Build Excellence

TRADEZONE. HUNTINGWOOD, NSW

In 2022, Inovi worked with Victorian client, Tradezone, to assist with the establishment of their first NSW-based store. Alongside a highly reputable interior designer, our team completed a 620m2 commercial fit out for Tradezone’s inaugural Sydney store, located at Oatley Close, Huntingwood.

Always looking to implement a high-level of sustainability across our designs, we installed energy efficient LED lighting throughout the showroom, as well as opting for carpet tiles made from partially recycled materials.

Future Innovation

OFFICE MAKEGOOD & AMENITIES UPGRADE. U20, SLOUGH AVE SILVERWATER.

This month, we are pleased to be commencing onsite work alongside long term client Goodman Australia for a 220m2 office makegood and amenities upgrade. The project timeline was slightly modified to allow for tenant vacancy, yet our team optimised this schedule adjustment by undertaking site measurements and sourcing all materials ready for installation.

Our proactivity reduced the wait time for design drawings and, importantly, the overall construction period for this project. All amenity hardware for this project adheres to WELS (Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards), serving to futureproof this site and align with our Inovi principles.

2023 - 2030 Strategy

Inovi is committed to working beyond the function of our business deliverables. Since our inception, we have held the belief that our mission enables us to create positive and innovative change within the community.

Working in partnership with strategic agency, TOAST, our head office team recently attended a workshop to ideate our CSR and ESG policies and bolster our approaches with value and longevity. This session resulted in myriad innovative ideas and highly tangible outcomes, in keeping with our company alignment with 9 key United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Inovi’s action plan for our people, our business and our broader community strengthens our commitment to transparency and accountability for the role we play in our local and global environment.
