Inovi: Busy is Business as Usual!
The past month has been nothing short of busy at Inovi. But for our team, that’s business as usual! We’ve been all hands on deck on-site at Kingsgrove for our warehouse refurb and office fitout project where the team has just completed handover. This is immensely exciting and such a rewarding part of the process! We’ve also been welcoming some new members to the Inovi family; it’s always brilliant to see our wonderful team expand and continue to develop.
If you or anyone you know may be looking to join our team, please feel free to reach out via [email protected] as we continue to grow our team and range of services into 2024 and beyond.
Transforming Commercial Properties into Eco-Friendly Spaces
In today’s world, sustainability is more than a trend—it’s a necessity. Commercial property developers, builders and managers are increasingly recognising the importance of transforming buildings into eco-friendly spaces. By embracing sustainable features like green roofs, energy-efficient systems and renewable energy sources, they not only attract environmentally conscious tenants but also enjoy lower operating costs and contribute to a healthier planet. At Inovi, we choose to make sustainability a priority in commercial real estate, creating spaces that benefit both businesses and the environment. Read about our project highlight in Kingsgrove below to discover some of the sustainability initiatives we followed.
This endeavour is core to our CSR framework ‘Innovation for Impact’, and key to this are our ISO accreditations, a highlight of our Inovi activities this past month. We are please to have passed our Stage 1 ISO certification audit this month in relation to the following certifications below:
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems
ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
Our Stage 2 ISO audit is scheduled in a month’s time - it’s brilliant to be bringing such future-focused accreditations to our workforce.
Project Highlight: Warehouse Refurb, Kingsgrove
Our team’s transformative prowess has taken centre stage in our successful warehouse refurbishment project out in Kingsgrove. Through seamless teamwork we optimised every moment and resource, aligning with our Innovation for Impact ethos of dedication to sustainable practices and reducing waste on site. This project utilised electric scissor lifts in lieu of petrol or diesel models in our effort to cut down carbon emissions in line with our corporate CSR & ESG framework, along with the use of open mesh ceiling panels instead of standard mineral fibre tiles in order to reduce long term maintenance issues replacing them. From the initial blueprint to the final touch, our collaborative spirit and efficient utilisation of time and materials have yielded remarkable results that we couldn’t be more proud of.
