Design Excellence

DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION: COMMERCIAL BUILDING

Inovi is proud to have been awarded the construction of a commercial building for the purpose of retail use.

Inovi successfully worked through the ECI (Early Construction Involvement) process with client Dural Plaza Pty Ltd under instructions from Kalpara Property Group, acting project manager.

Inovi is set to commence construction in the coming weeks and is looking forward to expecting a practical completion date of late September 2023 to allow Harris Farm Markets, incoming customers, to commence fit out works which is set to open early 2024.

Build Excellence

STAGE 2 LOWA LIGHTING: SMART FACTORY

Inovi has now commenced works within Lowa Lighting’s new Western Sydney facilities at 60 Holbeche Road, Arndell Park.

After successfully handing over Stage 1 works, which included their o-ce fit out & warehouse, Lowa Lighting is now set to complete Stage 2 works. This involves setting up a “Smart Factory” to manufacture and assemble Australian made LED lighting.

Future Innovation

THE COLLIERY

Located in Australia’s beautiful Hunter Region, The Colliery is the newest addition to Inovi’s hospitality works. A bespoke hotel o+ering that merges sophisticated architecture and natural Australian beauty, the remodelling of the prior ‘Paxton Colliery’ on this site was developed with deep respect to the community, its legacy and the surrounding native landscape.
